Then, even while under contract, we had constant unprecedented complications and hurdles to overcome, and Elizabeth was forced to keep modifying and problem-solving my client's loan up until the very day of closing. But with her help, we were able to get it done. She spoke with both me and my client multiple days a week (often multiple times a day) for the entire duration of the month-long transaction, and somehow was able to pull enough strings to get everything to work.
